These Terms govern your use of PadelNex (padelnex.app). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
PadelNex is a development platform for padel — providing education, a coach–student feedback flow, progress tracking and tools. Some features are in active development and may change.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Please provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Coaches and students are responsible for the content they create and share with each other.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid subscriptions and founding-member pricing will launch with the platform. The price and terms of any paid plan will be shown clearly before you subscribe.
Coach referral programme
Coaches may earn referral income for students who subscribe through them, under the terms communicated within the platform. We may adjust or end the programme with reasonable notice.
Content & intellectual property
The PadelNex education content, brand and platform belong to PadelNex. Content you create (such as session feedback) remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to host and display it to the intended recipients.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". Training and coaching information is provided for guidance only — always follow qualified professional advice and play safely.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelNex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
